About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our marketing communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to engage our customers and promote our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Drive Communication Activities: Develop and execute communication plans to support the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with our corporate process.
  • Plan, Design, and Develop Marketing Communication Materials: Create high-quality marketing materials, including customer presentations, brochures, webinars, and events, tailored to specific communication channels.
  • Participate in Positioning, Lead, and Demand Generation Campaigns: Collaborate with Product, Application, and Technical Marketing teams to create compelling content and explore various digital channels.
  • Track, Analyze, and Interpret Results: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Act as a quality gate for Business Line content, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Infineon's quality standards.
  • Implement Regular Updates: Maintain and update marketing communication materials in alignment with Product/Application management.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Communications/Media Science, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in a high-tech company
  • Profound Experience in Content Development and Production
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, Marketing Database, Email, Social Media, and/or Display Advertising Campaigns
  • Highly Creative with Experience in Identifying Target Audiences and Devising Digital Campaigns
  • Solid Knowledge of Website Analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Working Knowledge of Content Creation Tools (Adobe)
  • Profound Organizational and Project Management Skills
  • Excellent English Skills and Readiness to Work in an International Environment Across Time Zones
