Job Summary:
">This role is an exciting opportunity to join Tiffany & Co. as a skilled Operations Coordinator, providing exceptional client service and managing the day-to-day operations of the store.
">About the Role:
">The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
">Responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Receiving merchandise and preparing transfers to other locations">
- Maintaining accurate store inventory and ensuring optimal client service">
- Leading and coordinating cycle count and physical inventory prep work">
- Processing merchandise requests and following up on special orders/back orders">
- Providing superior client service for all post sales service">
- Assisting on the sales floor while providing the Tiffany Experience">
- Partnering with the sales team by processing merchandise orders in line with procedure">
- Managing all store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality">
Requirements:
">We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work well with clients, peers, and management. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and IT knowledge.
