About the Role

CSL Vifor is seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Manager to join our dynamic team in Vienna. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an omnichannel strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an omnichannel strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement marketing strategies and tactics
  • Design and develop omnichannel plans based on market analysis and customer insights
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize customer engagement and business performance
Requirements
  • University degree in business or digital communication
  • 3+ years' marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
  • 3+ years' experience in driving impactful omnichannel innovation in the Austrian market
  • Strong project management skills and ability to orchestrate different workstreams in parallel
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and KPI measurement skills
