In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung bedeutender Projekte in einem renommierten Engineering-Unternehmen, das sich auf innovative Technologien in der Energiebranche spezialisiert hat. Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Teamumfeld, das modernste Technologien nutzt.

Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Projektplänen: Entwickeln Sie umfassende Pläne mit klaren Meilensteinen, Zeitrahmen und Ressourcenanforderungen.
  • Koordination der Kommunikation: Gewährleisten Sie einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen den Abteilungen wie Hardware, Mechanik, Einkauf, Software, Produktion und externen Partnern.
  • Überführung in die Serienproduktion: Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die nahtlose Integration von Prototypen in die Serienfertigung und steuern Sie den gesamten Übergangsprozess.
  • Risikomanagement: Führen Sie Risikoanalysen durch und entwickeln Sie Strategien zur Minimierung potenzieller Projektrisiken.
  • Budgetüberwachung: Kontrollieren Sie das Projektbudget, um die Kosten im Griff zu behalten.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Unterstützen Sie die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Projektmanagementprozesse.
  • Technologie- und Lieferantenauswahl: Arbeiten Sie aktiv an der Auswahl und Bewertung neuer Technologien und Lieferanten mit.
  • Teamkultur fördern: Stärken Sie eine kollaborative und innovative Teamkultur durch regelmäßige Meetings und Workshops.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Elektronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in der Serienüberleitung und im Lieferantenmanagement.
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Partnern und in der Steuerung von Outsourcing-Projekten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools (z. B. Agile, Scrum).
  • Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen.
  • Starke Führungskompetenzen mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu leiten.
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
