International Sales Internship

We are currently accepting applications for the JACK & JONES MONEY MAKER ACADEMY. This program is an intensive talent development initiative that includes personal growth, sales training, and numerous opportunities to demonstrate your sales capabilities in real-world scenarios.

ASPIRING TO BE THE BEST IN ALL ASPECTS
As a member of the JACK & JONES MONEY MAKERS, you will join our international call center based at our headquarters. Alongside other talented individuals, you will receive training in sales techniques and personal development, with a focus on cultivating exceptional sales professionals who prioritize the human aspect of business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging in ongoing communication with customers and the sales team regarding their product packages and sales performance. Exploring innovative methods to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue through digital strategies. Ensuring that your assigned customers are stocked with the best-performing styles and appropriate quantities. Participating in weekly meetings with the local team to discuss product focus, sales strategies, and performance metrics. Planning and participating in special call days approximately once a month. Presenting product wishlists and recommendations to customers. Traveling to your home country to visit showrooms and meet clients. Collaborating with our digital team to create engaging video content.

Upon completing the academy, you will be equipped to return to your market and promote the MONEY MAKER ethos globally.

Your profile:

Proficient in written and spoken English and German; knowledge of any Eastern European language, particularly Polish, is a plus. Comfortable with public speaking or eager to develop this skill. Possess a strong sales-oriented background, ideally within the fashion sector, with solid product knowledge. Capable of organizing and managing your time effectively. Enthusiastic about building relationships with your MONEY MAKER team and colleagues across the organization. Independent and thrive in a role that requires initiative. Energetic and results-driven, with a keen business acumen. Aim high while maintaining a humble and loyal approach.
