We are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Support Specialist.

Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist will perform various tasks independently in our sales department.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the sales team in the field
  • Managing orders using supporting systems
  • Internal and external communication
  • Commercial order processing
  • Resolving sales-related complaints
  • Clarifying technical details with customers
  • Monitoring appointments
  • General correspondence
Requirements

Factual Requirements Profile

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Experience in the industry is a prerequisite
  • At least two years of experience in the mentioned areas of activity
  • Excellent English skills, additional foreign languages are an asset
  • Experience with MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. Sage)
