Therapy Sales Specialist Neuromodulation

Job Description

As a Sales Specialist for Neuromodulation at Medtronic, you will play a crucial role in representing our innovative product pipeline for our Neuromodulation portfolio in the regions of Klagenfurt and Graz.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market reports to identify growth areas and increase sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs
  • Provide support before, during, and after operations, including patient selection and follow-up
  • Train and educate medical professionals on the correct use of our Neuromodulation products
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Participate in national and international congresses and events as needed
Requirements
  • Geographic location in southeastern Austria (Graz preferred) or willingness to relocate
  • High travel readiness within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Charismatic and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
