Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Als Sales Specialist bei ISG Personalmanagement GmbH werden Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams, das sich auf die Entwicklung und den Vertrieb von Softwaresystemen für Ärzte spezialisiert hat. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Proaktive Akquise von Neukunden
  • Erfassen von Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Durchführung von Produkt- und Dienstleistungsdemonstrationen (remote oder persönlich)
  • Erstellung und Verhandlung von Angeboten
  • Zusammenarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Teilnahme an Branchenmessen
  • Unternehmensinterne Berichterstattung
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

Wir suchen nach einer serviceorientierten Persönlichkeit mit Handschlagqualität, die:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung hat
  • Eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie besitzt
  • Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse besitzt (Italienisch wünschenswert)
  • Organisationstalent und proaktive Einstellung zeigt
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Kreativität und Initiative besitzt
