- Sales Achievement: Generate necessary sales to meet or exceed sales goals and achieve appropriate sales prices
- Sales Process: Identify drivers for sales opportunities in assigned accounts, identify buying influences, and create single sales opportunities
- Sales Process: Verify availability of budget for single sales opportunities, eliminate red flags, and confirm financially viable opportunities
- Sales Process: Negotiate and agree on technical and financial solutions, determine implementation aspects, and receive contracts or purchase orders
- Account Management: Prioritize accounts, assess opportunities, and develop new business
- Administration/Internal Communications: Manage budget and expenses, adhere to company policies, and communicate effectively with corporate and field personnel
- Personal and Professional Development: Continuously increase and sharpen therapy and technical knowledge, and develop selling, negotiating, and presentation skills
- Education: Degree in Business or Life Sciences
- Qualified as 'Medizinprodukteberater' according to the Austrian MPG
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years sales experience in Life Sciences industry in Austria, preferably in medical devices
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal German and English language skills, advanced sales techniques and selling skills, strong technical skills, and strong overall communication skills
