Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at DS Smith. As a key member of our Kiwiplan support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Kiwiplan software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Kiwiplan Enterprise Sales Processing (ESP-Sales), Quote Management, Order Management, Invoice Processing, and other related software systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement interfaces, ensuring seamless data exchange and integration.
- Support the configuration and parameterization of Kiwiplan, including testing and documentation.
- Analyze and resolve process support issues, working closely with local experts and key-users to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including detailed process descriptions and user guides.
- Manage and maintain Kiwiplan tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Participate in Kiwiplan roll-outs, analyzing existing processes, consulting on process changes, and implementing new software and modules.
- Provide training and support to local organizations, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Kiwiplan.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in software systems, particularly Kiwiplan.
- Business and process management education, with a focus on logistics processes.
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems and software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
