About the role (Location options: Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or other cities in Australia)
Reporting to the company's Regional Manager (Regional Director), with a dotted line to the General Manager.
The role's key accountabilities will be:
Identifying and converting appropriate business opportunities for the company;Monitor the mining and construction equipment market, identifying and converting appropriate business opportunities for the company;Proactively maintain and enhance relationships with existing partnerships and develop new relationships with prospective clientele;Presenting quotations and proposals to new and existing clients;Input into the key strategies to win tenders and expressions of interest in conjunction with key managers;Working closely with the service team to ensure customers' expectations are met;Seek and execute sales targets in line with business objectives;Using marketing tools to secure new business and interest;Working with the team to ensure marketing & business strategy is geared towards growth.Required Skills and Experience Proven track record and experience in a sales or business development from related industries;Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;Exceptional customer engagement and relationship development skills;Self-motivation and excellent time management skills;Strong technical / project management skills;Ability to travel;Understanding of various earthmoving, mining, crane, concrete, agriculture machinery and infrastructure equipment.What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits packages.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Exposure to a wide range of industries and companies.Access to professional development programs and training.Collaborative and supportive work culture.About the company Zoomlion is the world's leading equipment manufacturer of construction hoist machinery, mobile crane machinery, concrete machinery, earthmoving machinery, mobile elevating working platform machinery, whole-process agricultural machinery, etc.
