Our team members around the world create amazing experiences for our guests, residents, and partners through a commitment to luxury with genuine heart.About the Location:In the very heart of the city and on the edge of Victoria Harbour, Four Seasons is surrounded by Hong Kong's consummate business and leisure attractions.What You Will Do:Manage and facilitate mandatory corporate programs and provide onboarding orientation for new hires.Support the Director of People and Culture in talent management and development programs through succession planning, learning needs analysis, and developing customized programs and initiatives to achieve business needs.Lead the Departmental Designated Trainers platform to enhance the learning culture of the hotel, keeping abreast of industry trends and training best practices.Take responsibility for Interns' arrangements including interviewing, onboarding procedures, and reviewing performance.Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and local regulations.Provide coaching to managers and employees in performance-related matters, develop and implement remedial plans.Initiate, organize, and engage actively in employee engagement activities.Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.What You Bring:Native proficiency in English and Chinese language.College Degree with 3 years relevant experience in a managerial capacity.Solid and clear communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of internal and external customers.Strong business acumen in strategic planning and process management; analytical, and computer and systems savvy.Passionate, creative, and sensitive to different cultures and trends.Expected to be a culture carrier; has strong communication, problem solving, planning, organizing, and influencing skills.Candidate with less experience will be considered as Learning and Development Assistant Manager.What We Offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.Excellent Training and Development opportunities.Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.Birthday Leave.Complimentary Employee Meals.Public Holidays.Schedule & Hours:5-Days work.This is a full-time position.Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of - the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
