Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager (RM) to lead our store management teams.
The RM will be responsible for achieving financial targets, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can recruit, develop and motivate team members, maintain high standards of customer service, and implement company initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Performance: Achieve budgeted sales, margins, expenses, and EBIT targets.Team Leadership: Develop, coach, and monitor the performance of store management teams.Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer service.Recruitment & Development: Recruit and develop talented team members, ensuring a strong succession plan.Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, manage stock control, and maintain safety standards.Change Management: Implement business changes and initiatives effectively within the region.Personal Attributes: Professional approach and presentationSelf-motivated and passionate about retail and salesAdaptable and customer-centricContinuous learner with a proactive attitudeEmpathetic and supportive leaderKey Skills: Effective leadership and team managementStrong communication and motivational skillsIn-depth understanding of business and financial metricsExcellent coaching abilitiesRequired Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail sales or customer serviceProven track record of achieving performance targets in a KPI-driven environmentExperience in recruitment, change management and team developmentExperience in planning and the successful execution of new store openingsQualifications: Experience in sales management (Friedman desirable), team management, and leadershipAbility to travel as requiredCompensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary: A base salary with significant potential performance bonusesProfessional Development: Opportunities for training, certifications, and career advancementEmployee Discounts: Discounts on company products and servicesHow to Apply: If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for retail and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.
