B2C Marketing Lead .
This role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a medium sized financial services (within a large internal marketing team) that prioritises company culture and career development.Working in the In-Life Marketing team, you will work directly with senior business stakeholders, Digital and Comms colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and positive business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesManage, coordinate and create data driven marketing activity with a focus on in-life and retention strategies, as well as service messaging in accordance with the campaign execution schedule and within budget.Manage the development of written communications including email copy, newsletter articles, brochures, web copy and provide editing for a variety of existing internal and external B2C material.Manage updates to a range of existing B2C marketing materials.Translate complex operational content via multiple channels and mediums to help educate and inform customers.Liaise with internal and external designers and copywriters on the delivery of various projects.Effectively engage internal stakeholders throughout the planning and activity process.Apply insights, learnings and critical thinking when planning marketing activity to ensure they drive engagement, deliver leads and improve customer understanding of salary packaging and/or novated leasing.Manage compliance and approval sign offs.Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures and external requirements including legislative requirements such as Privacy, SPAM and ACCC.Deliver insightful, actionable, data-based post implementation reviews.You will bring:Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related Business discipline.5+ years experience in large, multi-channel campaign execution.Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry will be well regarded but is not essential.The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time in accordance with deadlines.Attention to detail.The capacity to think like a customer and make complex products/services comms simple.The ability to translate customer and business insights into effective material.A good understanding of the creative development and media planning process, including writing comprehensive briefs and managing the approval process.A demonstrated ability to partner/collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies to establish strong professional relationships.Experience in campaign management across multiple channels.Experience in translating performance data into actionable insights to improve the ROI on activity.What we can offer you:Our strong people-first culture.Flexible/hybrid working to enhance your work/life balance.Novated lease benefits and discounts.12 weeks Paid Parental leave and access to our Parents Portal.Exempt Employee Share Plan.Paid Income Protection Insurance under MMSG default Super plan.Access to a broad range of learning and development programs.Career break and volunteering leave.Access to Employee Assistance Program and annual Flu vaccination.Lifestyle Rewards program.As an employer who embraces Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, we hold a collective commitment to foster an environment where all differences are valued and respected.
