What does the job look like? BevChain's business unit currently has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and highly efficient AM Shift Supervisor to join their team, located in Kemps Creek, NSW.
As a part of this role, you will be responsible for effectively using all assigned resources and working with management to develop and enhance warehouse procedures and performance.
You will report to the AM Shift Manager daily.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday starting from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm + rotating Saturday fortnightly shifts 5 am - with additional hours subject to business needs and as required.
Key areas:
Strong adherence, commitment and understanding of Safety Standards and requirements.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Provide exceptional leadership and direction to staff.Ensure strict adherence to relevant policies and procedures, and guidelines.Coordinate and manage staff rosters and workload to meet and exceed business key performance goals daily.Are you the one? Ensure day-to-day warehouse operation tasks and goals are achieved.Exceptional time management skills and able to prioritize workload daily.Able to effectively engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders daily.Intermediate computer literacy with strong Excel reporting experience.Have a proactive approach and positive attitude.Safe work procedures and instructions are applied in the workplace.At Linfox, we focus on providing an inclusive and diverse workplace where our people can perform at their best.
