Contract Operations Finance Manager position in a Private Equity backed FMCG Business.

With a proven track record of growth and innovation, the company is well-positioned to continue its success as it moves into 2025.
This opportunity offers an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion into a permanent role.

What You'll Do: Managing the entire financial reporting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closures.Preparing and presenting financial statements, reports, and analyses for senior management, the board, and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Overseeing tax calculations and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business needs.Partnering with cross-functional teams like operations, sales and marketing to provide financial insights that drive informed business decisions.Supporting inventory management and monitoring site inventory variances.Managing the audit process by maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.Providing strategic financial analysis to senior leadership, aiding in key decision-making processes.Who You Are: Proven experience leading a finance team.CA or CPA qualification.Strong background in FMCG and/or manufacturing industries.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Immediately available.If you are interested in this opportunity, immediately available and believe you are the right fit, please click "apply" or contact Georgia Bolinowsky at .
