The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing is a Victorian statutory authority, led by a skills-based board who report to the Minister for Mental Health.
About the role:The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing (the Collaborative Centre) is seeking a passionate, strategic and skilled finance specialist to join our team.
The prime focus of the Finance Manager is to ensure that the financial operations of the Collaborative Centre are carried out in an accurate, timely and efficient manner, including providing relevant and accurate financial budgets and reports.
How you'll make a difference:The Finance Manager will drive a strong culture of financial accountability across the Collaborative Centre and will work collaboratively with executives and managers to ensure financial sustainability and to build financial capabilities in all areas of the organisation.
The Collaborative Centre utilises the support of the Department of Health's finance and procurement systems, personnel, and procedures.
The Finance Manager will bring expertise in navigating and leveraging the finance systems and processes of a very large government department, while being able to deliver the targeted and specific needs of a smaller independent agency.
Minimum Requirements:Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate:
