Optimise is looking for an Asset Finance Aggregator BDM to further grow its business across Victoria.

About You Are you a highly motivated person with excellent relationship-building skills and a proven understanding of the asset finance industry?
If so, this could be the ideal career move for you.

Experience in car & asset finance and the third-party channel is a requirement, as the role relies on both your sales and technical knowledge of the asset finance space.

Any existing role/s where relationships with current asset finance brokers exist are preferred, but not a requirement.

This is a sales relationship role with a recruitment edge.
You will need to be prepared to present and win accounts on an ongoing basis.
About the Position and Main Duties: The VIC BDM – Asset Finance Aggregation position presents an invaluable opportunity for the right person to become part of one of Australia's most up-and-coming companies in the industry and operate with autonomy to grow the business in the state.

As Optimise's BDM for VIC, you'll be responsible for maintaining and building connections with third-party distributors in the region with the aim of helping to elevate the brand to one of the country's foremost asset finance aggregators.

As well as working with third parties, the position also comes with the requirement to manage Optimise staff and meet KPIs in relation to profitability, as well as ensuring all your operations remain compliant with all the necessary rules and regulations.

Key responsibilities: Lead Optimise's business development across Queensland Secure and recruit new broker business accounts Be able to build rapport through your networking to grow your pipeline Manage and nurturing relationships with existing members Meet Support new members with applications and onboarding Maintain the running of Optimise's CRM Ensure all business operations remain compliant with relevant statutory and regulatory authorities Attend and participate in Industry events, PD Days, Conferences, Optimise broker education partner and training sessions Produce sales reports and update relevant social media profiles with Optimise programmes Embrace the usability of our in-house CRM software Assist Optimise members with business growth opportunities You Must Have: Industry experience (minimum of two years in a senior management role preferred) Strong understanding of the 3rd party channel Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proven stakeholder relationship management skills Ability to time-manage and prioritise important tasks Strong work ethic and flexibility Current driver's licence and willingness to travel both within Victoria and interstate The remuneration package on offer is market-leading and negotiable with a very attractive base salary and commission structure.
