Having been in business for 17 years, Highland truly is a trusted and leading real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire, Eastern Suburbs, and now the Inner West areas. Our teams across NSW and QLD boast over 160 staff working tirelessly across Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Commercial, Project Marketing, and internal operations. We love to support and reward this with a companywide Awards Night, high-end Christmas parties, Team Member of the Month Awards, and team bonding events such as boat days as well as delicious lunches provided to an office each FridayThe RoleThis role is a key position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer for Highland, in coordinating the wider team of sales agents across all the Highland offices. This role will be the go-to for supporting, guiding, and training all of our Sales Agents and Sales Support Staff throughout their careers.Duties include, but are not limited to:Coordinate the sales agents and their teams, reporting issues and raising requests directly to the COOOversee, create and implement training programs for junior sales staffConduct the training of all new sales agents and sales support staff and arrange coaching sessionsFill in to support any of our agent teams as neededOversee the activity and performance of the agents and present reporting on the same for the COO & CEO via AgentBoxLiaise directly with the HR Team in relation to the timings and onboarding of new sales staffCoordinate with the COO in day-to-day operational tasks including filtering requests that can be actioned by this role and escalating only necessary items to the COOBe the "go to" for all AgentBox related training, questions and database management, as well as overseeing the offshore AgentBox teamStay up to date with AgentBox updates and new system functions and train sales staff to use them efficientlyReview and streamline processes and systems to improve efficiency. Research and implement new systems and processes if indicatedTravel between all offices as required in order to develop and maintain effective and communicative relationships with all the sales agents and teamsUpdating any sales manuals, templates, policies & procedures that will increase the efficiency of Sales Agent training and supportWork with relevant teams on new office set up incl liaising with the IT team in relation to technical set up, database issues and system accesses for sales agentsAd hoc duties as required within the scope of your role and abilitiesIn order to be successful in this role, you will need:Previous experience working within real estateDemonstrated understanding of how to meet targets and KPIsReal Estate Licence RequiredUnderstanding of how to effectively manage and develop peopleExceptional organisation and prioritising skillsImpeccable communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work well under pressureStrong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendlyStrong attention to detail & follow up skillsThe ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environmentBe presentable in a corporate environmentIf you are our next Group Sales & Systems Coordinator, please contact Grace Sheen at ****** immediately for a confidential discussion.Only suitable candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
