We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our Northern division overseeing 15-25 education, commercial and corporate sites.
You will be managing a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring their sites are thoroughly supervised and that the specified standards are met and maintained to a high level.
No two days will be the same.
When you are dealing with people, there's never a dull moment, and you'll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.

Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.
Responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.
As a Cleaning Account Manager, you'll have:
Demonstrable experience managing cleaning contracts Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems Ability to work to tight timescales Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
