Key Account Manager – Food Service - InstitutionsMy client, a leader in the food service industry, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their Melbourne team.
This role offers the opportunity to drive sales of high-quality food service meals into aged care facilities, hospitals, and other institutional sectors.
The Role As a Key Account Manager, you will:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across the aged care, hospital, and institutional sectors.Leverage your existing network to drive new business opportunities and expand market presence.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.About You To excel in this role, you will bring:
3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role within the food service and institutional meal sector.A strong network of current contacts in aged care, hospital, or related institutions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure and grow key accounts.A proactive and results-driven mindset, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.What's on Offer: My client is committed to supporting their team with a competitive salary package, ongoing professional development, and the chance to contribute to an industry that makes a real difference in people's lives.
