You will be the right fit if you've managed an LR or MR project from inception to completion over the past few years.
This time around, the scope isn't as important as the experience.
As a site manager, they'd want someone who has managed the structure, the fit-out, and the defects for at least one project—hopefully, two or three.
The TeamYou'll get one of the most established Project Managers the business has ever produced to be your partner on this project.
They've completed several low-rise and mid-rise residential projects for the business.
So, you can rest assured while you'll be their eyes and ears on-site, they'll be your representative and spokesperson in the office.
You'll also have a Project Coordinator sidekick on site who will oversee small work crews, supervise concrete pours, coordinate crane lifts, etc., and assist you with anything else you need for your project.
Someone well-versed in how the business runs its operations.
Essentially, your on-site assistant
