We also believe all roles are genuinely flexible at IFM - so we are happy to talk through what this might look like for you.The RoleThe role involves providing executive assistance and administrative support to the Global Head of Infrastructure (GHI) and the global infrastructure team.
This includes managing a busy diary, ensuring confidentiality in inbox management, making autonomous decisions, monitoring tasks, handling travel arrangements, and managing expenses.
Effective communication, budget monitoring, and organizing meetings are also key responsibilities, along with drafting correspondence and improving departmental transparency. Manage and prioritise a busy diary.Ensure confidentiality in comprehensive inbox management.Make autonomous decisions on progressing key items.Monitor tasks and manage deliverables in the GHI's absence.Handle international and domestic travel arrangements.Manage GHI expenses and process direct report expenses.Organise internal and external meetings, including scheduling and arrangements.Your Background and ExperienceExperienced Executive Assistant role within a corporate environment.Preference for a financial background, but not essential.Understanding of governance processes preferable, though not essential.Experience in a challenging and fast-paced environment.Experience in dealing with sensitive information, both sensitive in nature and time-sensitive.Preference for experience working in a global office, but not essential.Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.Ready to invest in what matters?With IFM, that includes your own career.
