This involves directing, supervising, and motivating a team of workers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties to achieve project outcomes.
Keeping track of workers' and subcontractors' schedules and making sure they're all using their finest skills is also part of the position.
Maintaining good communication with workers, suppliers, customers, and subcontractors is an important element in the site foreman's position, as is keeping detailed records of all evaluations, inspections, materials/parts utilized, and visits.
You are responsible for the organization of the workers to complete tasks and ensuring that safety and work practices are always adhered to.

You are anticipated to possess a high level of understanding regarding the various aspects of residential and commercial construction, such as transactions, practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.
Position requirements: You must have worked as a Site Foreman on the construction of high residential homes or buildings for at least 3 (three) years.
Proven experience in managing and carrying out structural and/or fit-out construction projects.
Have the necessary required credentials and building license(s).
The ability to read and fully understand program and plans.
Have confidence when it comes to coordinating with project team members and maintaining connections with subcontractors.
Have a strong sense of safety and be able to comprehend and apply OH&S policies and procedures.
Skills: Well-organized, with a sharp attention to detail and strong leadership abilities.
Effective time management is crucial for monitoring several tasks and overseeing various locations simultaneously.
Exhibit self-drive and the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
Reports to: Project Manager Operations Manager Managing Director Duties and Responsibilities: Read and interpret plans, drawings, and designs to guarantee that construction work is executed in accordance with the plan specifications.
Deliver precise and establish site solutions and be prepared to engage in hands-on work.
Supervise the work of other subcontractors, such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, architects, consultants, and other relevant parties.
Update the project manager on developments and obstacles in a timely manner.
Guarantee that the quality of workmanship meets the project specifications and ensure that milestones are delivered with diligence and accuracy.
Manage and oversee construction activities for both residential and commercial projects.
Ensure that interior finishes and fit-outs are to the highest standards.
Ensure that project milestones are reached by coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
On the job site, constantly prioritize quality, efficiency, and safety.
Organize all the supplies, tools, and equipment required for each task.
