ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This company is widely regarded as one of Sydney's leading building firms, with over 2 decades of proven and demonstrated experience delivering high-end bespoke projects across Sydney.
Specialising in Commercial, Industrial, Government, Education, Defence, and Residential projects valued in the $5M to $50M range, this business has recently won a number of projects and due to continuous project pipeline, they are looking to grow their team with an experienced Site Foreman/Manager to start immediately.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
This position is to site manage a high-end new build project valued over $15M.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project site, its trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management.
The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrators, Foreman, and Leading Hand.
This opportunity is best suited to a candidate looking for a career-defining role that will propel them in their industry with exposure to high-end bespoke projects predominately across the Sydney metro region
DUTIES. On-site construction activity managementEnsuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislationConstruction program schedulingSub-contractor ManagementSKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalentResidential foreman experience highly favourable but not essential5+ years project experienceCULTURE.
