About QT Sydney
Nestled within the historic former Gowings department store and historic State Theatre, QT Sydney entwines the intrigue and excitement of the past with an edgy designer art deco hotel.
About the role
Overseeing these critical roles, the talent must be passionate, innovative, and exceptional as they drive the QT culture of stylish excellence.
What we need:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Front Office Duty Manager Role in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel.
Immaculate presentation, personal style and advanced communication skills.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate, encourage and train staff to achieve desired results and exceed guest expectations.
Passionate customer service advocate and enjoy being hands-on during service.
Anticipate and exceed guest expectations through an intuitive approach to guest services.
To coordinate and oversee the running of the hotel in the absence of Senior Management.
Skills & experience:
A passion for the service and hospitality industry.
Excellent customer relations, problem solving and communication skills.
To achieve a level of service quality that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of guests.
Team player, outgoing and happy personality and a passion for delivering the best customer service possible.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multi-task.
Proactive and positive mindset with a 'can do' attitude that is contagious.
Working knowledge of a hotel property management system such as Opera, Infrasys & Optii.
