Head of Risk & Assurance - Legal & Compliance

This role plays a key role in assisting the design and implementation of Serco's risk, compliance and assurance culture across AsPac.
As Head of Risk, Assurance & Insurance, you'll spearhead the implementation of Serco's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across our APAC division.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you'll lead compliance, risk, and quality management initiatives to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Your leadership will ensure that we meet our contractual, legal, and organisational requirements while driving operational excellence.

As Head of Risk & Assurance, you'll make a positive impact by:
Leading risk management, compliance audits, and quality assurance Managing business continuity planning and crisis management Overseeing corporate insurance programs and advising on risk mitigation Providing strategic guidance on compliance and risk to senior leadership Driving continuous improvement and embedding a strong compliance culture Your ideal skills & experience:
10+ years of experience in a lead role - working in compliance, risk management, assurance & insurance Proven leadership experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks Strong analytical and reporting skills with expertise in ISO standards Excellent people leadership skills with a proven ability to develop high performing teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills As a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span areas such as Justice, Defence, Migration, and more.
