As Media Sales Strategist you will play a critical role in driving Circuit by Cashreward's sales initiatives, focusing on building strategic partnerships with brands and retailers to enhance cashback campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales strategy, a deep understanding of retail and digital media, and the ability to create innovative go-to-market strategies for key shopping events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.Your FocusDevelop Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth for Circuit packages, focusing on key categories like Tech, Liquor, Beauty, and Fashion.Partner Engagement: Identify and engage brand partners to build campaigns and packages.Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities within retail media and cashback spaces.Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling, category-specific sales packages that resonate with brand objectives and enhance consumer shopping experiences.Pipeline Management: Support the successful delivery of the sales team's pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through with potential partners and clients.Performance Tracking: Set KPIs and track performance metrics for campaigns, providing feedback and insights to optimise future sales strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth implementation and success of Circuit campaigns.About YouExperience: Deep sales strategy or business development role, desirably in digital media, retail, or e-commerce.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.Retail Media Expertise: Knowledge of retail media, cashback platforms, and digital advertising strategies.Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market data, sales performance, and consumer trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Tools & CRM: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management software.Additional InformationIn the fast moving cashback category, Cashrewards has powered ahead of its rivals and taken the lead, serving over 2 million members with an enticing range of cashback offers from more than 2000 brand partners including Apple, Amazon, Myer, Adidas, Bonds, Target, Booking.com and The Iconic.
