G Squared is seeking a talented Paid Media Strategist to join our growing digital media team.

Spearhead innovation across existing and new paid media channels for our company Work with our consultants to deliver industry-leading solutions for our clients Flexible work with an awesome office environment As a consultancy, we are driven to drive change for our clients, consulting with clients and driving our delivery teams to generate real business results.
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will do this by ensuring we are responding to client briefs with innovative and effective paid media strategies, pushing the boundaries in terms of client expectations and agency capabilities.

What we are looking for
You will be assisting in building out the agency's capabilities within Paid Media, expanding our expertise across more channels and strategies for our clients.
You will work closely with the Head of Paid Media to develop our product offering and grow the team's capabilities.
You will also work closely with our Paid Media Consultants, challenging the way we plan and buy media and our client's strategies.

You will have the opportunity to pitch to prospective clients and work closely with our strategy, paid, creative, SEO and web teams in delivering truly integrated digital solutions to clients.

This role will report to the Head of Paid Media for guidance, strategic support and career development.

What you'll be responsible for:
Build strategic responses for client briefs and collaborate with the consultants to deliver this Use various research sources and tools to deliver a point of view around a client's business, industry and consumer Grow the strategic capabilities of our team of consultants, and work to integrate insights with other teams in the business Oversee the entire media planning and buying cycle, from channel selection and negotiation to optimisation We want somebody who has:
Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, marketing or similar field Strong hands-on experience in paid media strategy (ideally 6+ years) with proven success examples, preferably in an agency setting Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships Mastery of Google Ads and in-depth understanding of full funnel strategy across digital and traditional platforms Expertise in Analytics platforms, such as GA4 Excellent attention to detail Solid copywriting and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel & PowerPoint) Strong business acumen Good team management skills Ideally with experience working across B2B, lead gen and e-commerce brands About G Squared
