LOCATION: The role is located in Brisbane, QLD and seeking experience however, word on the street is Melbourne has some of the best insurance brokers in the country.

This role is with one of Australia's leading and rapidly growing insurance brokers.
You will be working alongside a supportive and experienced team of professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients.

As a Senior Account Manager you'll be responsible for a sizeable portfolio of large SME and mid-market clients requiring your technical broking experience and expertise to tailor their insurance solutions, with a focus on retention and portfolio growth.
Benefits to Successful applicant: Competitive salary with access to a generous incentive structure Share your knowledge in a mentorship capacity with colleagues A supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity for career growth and advancement Manage your own portfolio of clients - structured around your experience & capabilities Exposure to a wide range of insurance products and sectors Duties and responsibilities As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for the following: End-to-end management of a portfolio of large SME and mid-market clients Maintaining and growing the portfolio through new business initiatives Facilitate the provision of quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims and processing Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers Maintain industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and events Adopt and open mind and willingness to learn We are looking for someone with: Experience with large SME risks and mid-market risks including understanding of ISR policies Risk identification and management capabilities for a variety of industries Understanding of the full general insurance product suite A positive can-do attitude
