Team McPhee Pty Ltd t/as Elders Insurance Sunbury is the local Elders Insurance agency serving the Sunbury region.

The role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to contribute to the continued success and growth of our award winning (2024 Elders Insurance National Sales Team of the Year) agency.
You will receive ongoing training and mentoring from our experienced team, who collectively have over 50 years of insurance industry experience, spanning Sales, Underwriting, Relationship, Claims and Senior Management roles for insurers and insurance advisory businesses.
As an employee of Team McPhee Pty Ltd, your key responsibilities will include:
end-to-end management of client accounts including quotations, renewals, endorsements and other key transactions.maintaining accurate client records and compliance with company standards.office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control.delivering exceptional service with a client and results-based focus.Teamwork and a collaborative mindset.You To be successful in this role you must: demonstrate experience within the general insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing or administrative role.display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input.have great communication and organisational skills.be able to obtain satisfactory Police & ASIC clearances.have obtained Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance.be willing to obtain or have obtained Tier 1 accreditation under the Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance.You will also have the following qualities: Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.A commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and efficient results.Flexibility, a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.Reliability and excellent attention to detail.Responsiveness to customer needs.What we offer: A highly supportive team environment.A great work-life balance with flexibility to support your personal and professional needs.Ongoing learning and development opportunities.For further information please contact: Shane McPhee (Managing Director) on .
