Sihle Insurance is committed to continuing the legacy as a family-owned company well into the future as we take pride in serving our clients, the community, and our employees.We are currently hiring for a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in Altamonte Springs, FL***We are also open to hear from you if you live in Florida, as office locations include Tampa, Melbourne, Vero Beach, and Lakeland***Benefits for the Commercial Lines Insurance Service Account Manager:Reduced hour work week with full pay401(k) matchingCompany paid health insuranceCompany paid dental insuranceCompany paid life insuranceVision insurance, plus much moreGenerous Paid time off – Holidays, Sick, & PTOVTO (Volunteer Time off)Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performanceRequirements for the Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager:Active Florida 2-20 (Property & Casualty) license5+ years experience in an account management roleCurrent Applied Epic experience is requiredBilingual is a plusBachelor's degree preferredAbility to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response timesKnowledge of insurance products and their application to businessKnowledge of insurance marketsMaintains a cordial and professional relationship and has a strong service focusResponsibilities for the Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager:Serve as a primary contact to clients, carriers and producers for service needsComplete and submit applications and ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies. Prepare pre-renewal summaries of insurance, proposals, invoices, binders, certificates, ID cards, policies, endorsements, and other related items.Review client contracts and endorse policies to meet requirements if needed. Process renewals, review audits of policies, verify accuracy, and facilitate corrections if needed.Verify policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.Document all activity, phone calls, emails and correspondence in Applied Epic system.Daily follow-up on un-routed attachments, open activities, and other EPIC tasks.Address incoming mail, email, fax and phone requests.Assist with other tasks necessary.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
