Your primary goal will be to develop high-quality, sales-qualified leads that will fuel our sales pipeline and contribute to the growth of our APAC business.
You will accomplish this by engaging in meaningful conversations with HR leaders from some of Australia's top organisations, each with between 500-2500 employees.
By understanding their key objectives, you will introduce our innovative technology solutions tailored to their business needs.What's in it for me?OTE of around $110k (uncapped)Genuine pathways to career progression, including Sales Academy training, mentoring by senior Sales leaders and a personalised Learning & Development program that supports you with taking your career in any direction.You will receive over 76 individual employee benefits and perks within our Benefits Centre including:A flexible vacation plan of up to 45 days per year$750 a year Wellbeing AllowanceProfessional development books, E-books, podcastsGenerous bonus payments for a number of life milestonesEmployee, friends and family discounts across hundreds of retail, hospitality and lifestyle brandsFlexible, Hybrid Working:Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum this role will work from our Sydney office or Melbourne Office at least twice a week.Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will include:Developing and implementing creative and forward thinking ways to approach to our prospects via channels such as video, LinkedIn, mail, tailored emails, and with a focus on self-led lead generation and opportunity creation through robust prospect researchApply a SaaS sales model to your outreach strategyNurture relationships (internal + external) to build a strong pipeline of new business and keep engagement high with prospects.Conduct a high level needs analysis during a discovery call to uncover the organisation's key people challengesAdapt your conversation to discuss Reward Gateway products to help solve key people challengesSecuring a meeting with RG Engagement Consultant to continue conversation and relationshipAchieving agreed quarterly KPI's and weekly activity metricsBuild strong relationships with the researchers, sales consultant and wider businessDevelop and maintain a detailed understanding of our products, the competitive landscape and the HR industryAssist to develop the Reward Gateway brand in Australia (including social selling)Attend networking events to drive business development + external networkingCompleting and maintaining Salesforce accuratelyThe Experience and Key Skills you will have:Experience of working within a B2B SaaS or Tech sales environmentAbility to demonstrate consistent quota attainmentExperience of applying a multi step and multi touch prospecting cadenceExperience with prospects of 100+ employeesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh levels of attention to detailManaging and maintaining a healthy account base/ territoryAbility to research and use insights to deliver effective solutions with a consultative approachThe Interview Process:Telephone call with a member of our Talent Acquisition teamVirtual Interview first interview with the Head of Sales Development and Head of SMB SalesAssessment task followed by a final interview with our Sales Development Director and Sales Director in our Sydney officeBe comfortable.
