About the Role: The primary purpose of the CRM Specialistis to have exceptional understanding of our clients and their customers needs.
The role involves ensuring the successful execution of customer management and loyalty strategies for Gravitas clients.
This includes taking responsibility for all aspects of strategy, execution and managing the relationship and communications with the client and stakeholders.

The successful candidate must have a clear understanding of how to leverage behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic customer data in order to deliver relevant lifecycle based marketing programs with a vision of growing customer loyalty and increasing customer lifetime value.
The incumbent must have an exceptional understanding of customers and their needs, with the customer always being at the centre of their world.

Duties and Responsibilities: CRM Program Management.
Developing and owning strong client relationships.
Providing clients with advice and support around CRM and Loyalty strategies (together with the Data and insights Director), project implementation, and results.
Working with the client campaign development teams to understand requirements and timelines, developing and optimising customer journeys and campaign playbooks.
Leveraging experimental design to deliver on the client's objectives.
Overseeing the timely execution of CRM and lifecycle management strategies.
Identifying and converting any opportunity to grow workstreams (business development) and coaching client in CRM topics.
Owning regular WIP meetings and client updates, including developing performance presentations.
Owning commercials and reporting aligned to regular governance, understand scope and manage team's delivery of this.
Working closely with Head of Service Delivery and the Head of Insights and Analytics to continually evolve always on CRM strategies and build content for playbooks.
Work with the team to develop an approach for impact analysis/performance reporting.
Continually improve and refine solutions, outcomes, processes and strategies to improve results.
Developing positive working relationships with all client touch points.
Remuneration and Benefits: The remuneration for this position is a competitive salary that will be negotiable and commensurate with experience.
Additional benefits of working at Gravitas include working from home as required.Mandatory Skills and Experience: 7+ years' experience in Customer Relationship Management / Account Service.
Commercially astute with strong financial acumen.
Proven cross industry experience in Marketing with an understanding of key business drivers in Retail and Sub Retail (e.g., Telecommunications) and Financial Services.
Confident communicator with outstanding written and oral skills.
A dynamic personality with an ability to effectively engage and influence a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications: Tertiary/Post Graduate qualification, ideally in Marketing/Commerce/Business/Finance or Communications.
