About the Opportunity
Invested Talent have an exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and high performing business within the Financial Services space.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will help shape and optimise the CRM infrastructure, drive personalised marketing strategies, and enhance customer engagement across multiple digital channels.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Lifecycle & Content, you will be responsible for managing and optimising CRM tools, ensuring customer data is accurately captured and leveraged to drive personalised and targeted campaigns.
You'll take a hands-on approach to campaign execution, helping to create tailored communication strategies that resonate with specific customer segments, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise CRM tools and systems to ensure efficient data capture and utilisation.
Maintain and manage the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and implement personalised marketing strategies based on customer behaviour, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
Oversee the execution of CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other digital touchpoints.
Design and execute A/B testing strategies for continuous campaign optimisation.
Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to ensure campaigns are well-integrated and reach the target audience through the right channels.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM management.
Proficient in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of database management, data segmentation, and analysis.
Hands-on experience in executing targeted marketing campaigns with a focus on personalisation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Working Arrangement:
This opportunity requires the successful candidate to work onsite with the business in their Sydney CBD office 5 days per week.

Salary:
This opportunity has a salary range of 100-110k + Superannuation + Bonus.
