An exciting opportunity to join our development division as a Senior Development Manager.
You will lead high-performing teams and support a design and customer-focused departments culture and drive the overall planning and delivery of new developments and value-add projects, ensuring they meet the requirements of the development brief.

Apartment and Retirement Living development experience is highly valued.Solid experience managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful built-form outcomes.Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and strong relationship management skills.Working knowledge of the property development industry with a focus on the ability to tailor the product mix to suit varying market trends and customer sentiment.Expertise in project feasibility, cost and risk management.Relevant tertiary qualification is highly valued.About us Levande is pioneering a new era of lifestyle living for the modern, independent individual.
