Senior Development Manager

The Lendlease Development business is predominantly focused on the creation of mixed-use precincts that comprise apartments, workplaces and associated leisure and entertainment amenity.
Lendlease is looking for a Senior Development Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will primarily oversee 2 build-to-rent residential development projects in Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of both the Victoria Harbour and Melbourne Quarter developments.
As the Senior Development Manager, you will manage the execution of the projects under the direction of the Project Director.
The SDM must own and be responsible for the commercial outcomes of the project and will manage the project resources that deliver the project.
About you: You will have previous development management experience, preferably within the residential space.
You will have the capacity to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Your commercial acumen will be applied to the project's commercial assessments and business plan development and review.
As you will be responsible for managing and motivating multiple internal and external parties and project stakeholders concurrently, the successful applicant will need to have strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be confident in their ability to deal with all parties.
This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and a focus on ROI for investors and stakeholders.
A tertiary qualification in a property-related field will be essential, coupled with experience.
