What this job involves: We've got an exciting opportunity for a Building Manager to join onsite at a residential precinct based in St Leonards
The role is all about delivering exceptional results for both tenants and owners.
A snapshot of the role:
Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the propertyManage move-ins/outs and loading dockInspect buildings for non-compliance and track maintenance schedulesAttend committee meetings, prepare reports and make recommendationsProvide superior levels of customer serviceSound like you?
