4 Pines was born over 16 years ago from a conversation between father and son, post surf, who wanted an exceptional beer, but options were limited.
Since our humbling beginnings at our little Manly Brewpub, we've grown to a portfolio of 7 venues, a bunch of partnership venues and a commercial brewery and HQ in Brookvale.

The Role As the Operations Manager, you'll be reporting directly to the Hospitality General Manager, and tasked with making sure our venues are thriving, running smoothly and keeping our customers frothing.
You'll be leading a team of venue managers across different sites through support, mentorship and continued development.
Who You Are After a number of years in the hospo industry, you're ready for a new challenge where you can leave your mark on a well-known and national brand.
You can juggle and manage multiple sites yet have a personable approach to guiding and connecting with your teams.
You're a natural problem-solver while thinking on your feet and coming up with creative and innovative solutions.
The Nitty Gritty Leadership Plays a leadership role across hospitality – builds (fun & high achieving) culture and capability across the management team.
A hands-on approach to training & development.
Works collaboratively with Hospitality GM to deliver annual goals.
Constructively challenges status quo and presents innovative thinking.
Setting/Maintaining brand standards & communicating company goals.
Resolve employee related issues & create effective solutions.
Actively manage health, safety & licensing compliance.
Drive & support Venue Manager trimester action plans.
Identifying new community partnership opportunities that are suitable for our venues and taking ownership of managing these relationships and contracts proactively.
Commercial Management Strong business acumen & strategic orientation.
Actively manage the budget of all owned venues.
Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines.
Manage group supplier agreements.Consumer Experience Ensure venues are in line with the 4 Pines Hospitality brand book & reflect the expectations set from the national brand.
Maintains an eye on competitor activity for market relevance.
Evolves and builds the hospitality proposition to better meet the needs of the market.
Drive iconic consumer experiences, led by customer service that embodies the 4 Pines personality traits and values.
