This investment firm includes hotel asset management, real estate acquisition, fund management, development management, and corporate finance.
With over 30 hotels and restaurants under management and a portfolio of real estate assets, growth and service for their clients is paramount.
Located in a vibrant area in Sydney CBD.

You will be responsible for managing calendars, maintaining admin filing and databases, responding to incoming emails and overall administration order in the office.
You will also manage meeting room bookings, maintaining office supplies, booking business travel and assisting in organising social and company events.
You will show an exceptional level service with a warm and bubbly attitude to build relationships with team members, suppliers and clients.
*Please note this role is a 12 month contract* Your responsibilities will include:  Act as a point of contact for all visitors, contractors and employees Responding to email inquiries and provide information as required  Completing all administrative duties to a high standard Managing the calendar of the office, meeting room bookings etc.
Ensure all filing systems in the office are maintained to a high standard Ordering office supplies to maintain office space, meeting rooms and kitchen Assist with organising social events and company functions Requirements: 2+ years of administrative experience in a similar corporate environment Have a warm and personal approach, while being polite, courteous and professional Outstanding organisation skills  High attention to detail and accuracy  Demonstrated experience in providing reception and administration support services in a busy environment Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products How to apply:   Click  APPLY   email  your resume to  ******
