The Marketing & Office Administrator role sits at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless office coordination and creating polished professional documents and presentations that make an impact.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to make a meaningful impact on both operational efficiency and brand presence.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Prepare and format client presentations, proposals, tender documents, sector reports, and corporate materials to brand guidelines, ensuring accuracyManage template masters (Word), maintain an inventory of sales materials, and coordinate the creation of new materials as neededAssist with inbound call overflow and provide administrative support, including booking travel and updating internal registersCollaborate with marketing on sales campaigns, update the client management database, and set up campaigns in HubSpot (prior knowledge not essential)Complete design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and create/edit PowerPoint templates per brand guidelinesCoordinate state-based events, maintain the team's communications calendar, and assist with sending client releases and internal communications To join us you will need the following experience and skills: You must possess a strong attention to detail, including exceptional formatting and design experienceYour organisation and prioritisation skills are essentialYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou must have proficient skills using the Microsoft 365 suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) or Canva experience is highly desirableYou will be a team player – we value collaborationYou must possess a can-do attitude; this attribute is indispensableYou enjoy coming into office and interacting with clients and colleagues By joining the team, you will be offered the following: The opportunity to make your mark on the success of a fast-paced entrepreneurial company that is growing rapidly internationallyA pleasant, ambitious and professional working climate with good opportunities for further developmentA culture that is about continuous learning and development to ensure that we retain our brand integrity within the global fund industryCommitment to foster an environment that welcomes individual perspectives, backgrounds, and life experiencesEligibility of discretionary bonus4 days study leave per annum$4,000 p.a.
