Senior Portfolio Administrator

Based in Hawthorn, we are a privately owned self-licensed financial advisory firm dedicated to providing high net worth families exceptional quality and personalised wealth services.
Responding to significant business growth and client demand, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our existing in-house Portfolio Administration team.
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Administration, you will be working closely with our advisory teams to ensure that investment initiatives are implemented and executed proficiently and methodically.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Drawing up off market and cash transfer requests and arranging client signatures Updating Trustee and Director details in client holdings and bank accounts Organising to open new broking and bank accounts for clients Updating the CRM database Maintaining accurate records within Praemium including, but not limited to: share trading accounts external platform investments Coordinating Corporate Actions Liaising with third party service providers Skills and Experience
