With a recent influx of work, this role has been introduced as a result of a growing team with a steady pipeline of projects.
This business is in a growth phase, now employing over 100 staff nation-wide, and has well and truly solidified its spot in the market.

Role & Responsibilities: Joining this high-performing team as a Senior Contract Administrator and reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for all things commercial management including:
Drafting scope of works, managing RFI's, EOT's, cost reporting, and forecastingMinimising all subcontractor variation claims and elimination of claims, where possibleEnsuring cost forecasting for allocated subcontracts and cost codes are accurately maintained, as well as identifying any cost issues and keeping project management teams notified of these issuesInterpreting specifications and drawings in order to understand scope of works for the project at both Head Contract and Sub Contract scope levelIdentifying and quantifying Head ContractsEnsuring subcontractors are code compliant at all timesManaging and driving the review process to ensure the implementation of all subcontractors within the required time frame and budgetYou will also be responsible for mentoring, developing, and upskilling junior team members.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have:
Relevant Construction Degree5-7 years experience as a Contract Administrator in the Commercial SectorDemonstrated experience working on Commercial Projects > $30mA strong network of reliable subcontractorsDemonstrated experience of procurement and letting of a variety of packages - JOBPAC, Procore, ProcurePRoExcellent organisation and time management skillsA strong commercial mindsetUnlimited working rights in AustraliaReach out to Ryan on 0431 767 838 to chat further
