Distribution Channel Sales Manager – Solar Battery/Inverter Expertise Required
Red Earth Energy is on the hunt for a Distribution Channel Sales Manager to lead the charge in expanding our distribution network across Australia and New Zealand.
If you have a deep understanding of solar and battery energy storage systems , a knack for building long-term strategic relationships, and a proven track record in growing distribution channels, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
This role can be based anywhere in Australia (ideally Brisbane near HQ) and offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and expand Red Earth's distribution channels by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new partners Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distribution partners Create and execute strategic sales plans to hit ambitious targets and grow the business Collaborate with marketing to create tailored campaigns for channel partners Monitor partner performance, analyse market trends, and provide strategic insights to the leadership team What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, distribution, or channel management Deep knowledge of the solar battery/inverter market in Australia and New Zealand Proven success in managing and growing distribution networks Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and adapt plans to meet goals Willingness to travel as needed to maintain and grow partner relationships Why Red Earth Energy?
