Ability to work flexibly with team connect days on Wednesday and Thursday in the office.Be a part of the next chapter in our story…and write your ownOur Fraud Risk Operations & Investigations squad work closely with Zipsters in the Data team to ensure that our customers are supported and protected from losses once fraudulent activity is detected.Living our Customer First value to the full, a role on the team means you'll enjoy delivering quality outcomes at pace and collaborating with others to adhere to - and optimise - our processes attached to fraud investigation.To kick goals in this role you'll have a customer centric approach with an interest in deep diving into fraud issues.
