With offices in Sydney, Gold Coast, and Brisbane, they are strategically placed for growth and are looking for an Assistant Property Manager.
The Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance or Property Management Excellent written communication skills, ability to remain focused on specific tasks Effective communication skills at all levels & the ability to build professional relationships with tenants, lawyers & colleagues Strong multi-tasking & prioritising skills Open to experienced candidates from a residential property management background The Role: This is a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.
My client is seeking an experienced property professional to provide quality support to the Finance and Property Managers across a mixed portfolio of Retail and commercial assets.
The portfolio is growing and now is a fantastic time to join this group of professionals, reporting to the Head of Retail.
