You will be comfortable working in a changing environment as we adapt to digitization and educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.You'll bring:Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environmentDemonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales resultsAn ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the phoneAn eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank differentExperience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essentialAbout the roleOur vision is to become Australia's bank of choice, and you'll play an important part in helping us achieve that.
Customer Advisors are the face of the branch and business.
Knowledge and expertise set us apart, and you'll use yours to help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
You'll build connections with the community to support our customers, give back and make our communities a better place.
Teamwork and mateship will be crucial as you work together to meet our goals.
You'll be part of a culture that values risk and compliance at the heart of all decision making.This position is located at the Warragul branch.
The role is permanent, part time.
Working 2 days per week, the roster is: Tuesday and Wednesday 08:45am to 05:15pm.About usBendigo Bank is the bank you can be proud to work at.
