Program Director – Customer Transformation

will provide strategic leadership across the Sales and Consumer portfolios.
You will oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives, integrating transformational programs with BAU priorities to deliver strategic business outcomes.
This role is critical to driving innovation and alignment across the organisation's digital and sales domains.Key Responsibilities Include:
Portfolio Oversight:
Consolidate and manage program plans, financials, risks, and dependencies into a cohesive portfolio view.Transformational Leadership:
Drive the successful execution of programs, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and measurable impact in digital and sales transformation.Governance & Transparency:
Establish and lead executive-level governance forums, providing clarity and accountability at every stage.Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to develop and implement roadmaps that integrate programs with strategic priorities.Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster trust and strong relationships with senior leaders across the Sales and Consumer portfolios.BAU Integration:
Align portfolio activities with BAU priorities, ensuring seamless coordination of dependencies and sequencing.To Be Successful
This role requires a seasoned Program Director with demonstrated expertise in managing large, multi-program portfolios and transformational initiatives.
Strong leadership, governance, and strategic planning skills are essential.
Additionally, you will have:Proven experience in Program Director roles within the digital and sales domains.Expertise in governance frameworks, portfolio integration, and executive reporting.A track record of managing dependencies between transformation programs and BAU operations.Relevant certifications (e.g., MSP, PgMP, PMP, Prince2).Advanced skills in risk management, financial planning, and program delivery.Excellent influencing and decision-making abilities, with a capacity to build consensus among senior stakeholders.Logistics industry experience (advantageous but not essential).The Benefits
