Project Coordinator

Seeking an ambitious Project Coordinator to absorb themselves into being a subject-matter expert in a new ERP system.
To learn and then teach the rest of the business how to best utilise the platform and provide any training to each branch of the company.
Someone who is eager to learn in a supportive environment, no experience with this particular ERP system is necessary but looking for a tech-intuitive, detail-orientated candidate to run with project delivery and be an integral part of developing company processes to improve efficiencies and consolidate improvements across all branches.

You will ensure smooth project delivery, clear communication across branches and timely completion of project milestones whilst being at the heart of their supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Learn the nuances of the ERP system - Epicore P21 Coordinate and monitor implementation of Epicore P21 ensuring deliverables are met.
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, team members, and management.
Develop and maintain schedules, and training documentation.
Track project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to address challenges.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners.
Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for stakeholders.
Organise and participate in meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action items.
Support with administrative tasks and resource coordination as needed.
Qualifications: 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Tech-savvy - must be able to familiarise yourself with systems quickly Detail orientated The ability to influence and communicate to all levels Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
