Fuse Recruitment are currently sourcing for a customer service superstar to join our client's team in Prestons
The Company A National leader in their field.
Specialising in engineered products and services across the architectural and construction industries.
Benefits Salary range between $70k and $75k + super (dependent on experience)Prestons locationPermanent roleOngoing mentoring, development and career growth opportunitiesFantastic working cultureCommission and bonus structureWorking Hours : Monday to FridayFlexible working hoursHours can be 7am – 3pm or 8am to 4pmFull time office based roleDuties and responsibilities As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in the success of the business.
Here's what you'll be responsible for :
Customer Service : Deliver outstanding phone customer service.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by being efficient, caring, humorous, and kind.Greet customers warmly and manage new inquiries with a friendly approach.Oversee customer accounts and follow up on their needs.Update customers on status of their deliveries and stock availability.Utilise Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Sales Force to manage communications and customer data.Sales : Communicate pricing and costs of products to customers.Cross sell and upsell into customers.Promotionally selling aged and soon to expire stock to customers.Increasing sales through regular client contact and maintaining customer relationships.Processing customer orders in the company sales management system.Internal teams : Liaising daily with the manufacturing, sales and marketing teams.Updating customer requirements to the sales teams.Skills and Requirements : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will be communicating with customers, internal and external stakeholders every day and all of this communication needs to be well spoken, written, friendly and professional.Computer skills; you'll need to be computer savvy to navigate various software platforms, with prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sales Force desirable.Strong organisation skills; you'll need to be able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.A thirst for learning
Our client has a wide range of products and variations of those products; the more you can learn about them, the more efficient you will be and the quality of your service will increase3+ years previous experience in a similar role.Customer service experience within the industrial / manufacturing sectors.Customer Service experience in the steel industry is highly advantageous.Previous customer relationship and phone based sales experience.If this position sounds like you then hit APPLY now, alternatively email Mike on with your resume.
